Redevelopment

The initial site works at Casement Park got underway on 19th February 2024 and they include necessary maintenance and pre-enabling works in advance of the development phase of the project.

The current targeted timeline for works between February and June 2024 is:

• February to March – Necessary maintenance and pre-enabling works.
• April to June – Enabling works including site clearance.

The appointed contractor will be working Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm and on Saturdays 8am-1pm with traffic entering and leaving the ground to facilitate this.

While works are on-going we will keep you informed in the following ways:

• We will regularly update our social media channels
• The email info@casementpark.ie will be reviewed on a daily basis (weekday office hours) with any queries raised responded to in a timely manner.
• We will also be appointing a community officer who will be the direct contact for the local community on the development of the stadium.
• We will write to local residents in advance of project milestones so that they are aware of all activity.
